Sorry to hear you are having ongoing problems, I understand you are the neighbour not our tenant so I'm not sure how we can resolve this issue when you send abusive emails and don't give us your phone number then respond with further abuse. We are not aware of any bathroom problem, if the tenant reported it then it would be priority. Hi Tia, I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service, this is the first I've heard about problems with the tenants you have upstairs, having said that Glentworth have not managed this flat for a few months now so it probably would have been best to speak directly to your Landlord. We are aware of the maintenance but can only do what your Landlord advises us to proceed with as they have their own contractors and Glentworth do not get involved other than report it.
